Hello! I’m Juan Santana, Vice President of Lending at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. I joined the mortgage industry over 13 years ago because I saw how financial education can change lives. Growing up, my parents — like many in the Latino community — had limited access to clear guidance around homeownership, credit and long-term wealth building. That shaped my passion for financial literacy and motivated me to pursue a career where I could help close that gap.

I’m deeply committed to expanding Hispanic homeownership through education, responsible financing and community service. I take pride in helping clients understand their options, make informed decisions and use homeownership as a foundation for financial stability. My success has made me a NAHREP Top Latino Mortgage Originator since 2017.
